Betabrand 💙👖| January 2020 - January 2023


At Betabrand, Kelly worked directly with the founder and CEO, Chris Lindland. She quickly took on a directive leadership position in paid media strategy. She would do competitor and market research, pitch concepts, script writing, film UGC, and edit all ads. Her greatest accomplishment was that Betabrand ended their long-standing, 6-figure contract with TubeScience because every single one of the company's historical top performers were the concepts Kelly strategically created.   • The top 18 historical performing ads from 2021 were all Kelly’s - receiving 85% of that year's ad spend (totaling to $12,646,967), generating 45+ million in revenue in less than 12 months. With an average CTR of 1.1% (high of 2%) and average ROAS of 3.56 (high of 6.05).

Metabolic Living 🤓📈| March 2022 - August 2023


At Metabolic Living, Kelly's UGC gained significant ​traction in its paid media initiatives. A quote provided ​by their Senior Video Creative Director, Charlotte ​Miley:


"As far as how your UGC is doing - we are generally ​able to break 125% eROAS on launch, and they are ​lasting about three weeks-ish in a profitable place. As ​we have scaled, spend efficiency has gone down ​overall (90%- 96% eROAS, which is expected); ​however, it is performing better than our average ​content creator hence asking for more content!"

Merit Beauty 💄| 2022 Black Friday / Cyber Monday


For the first project Kelly worked on for Merit Beauty, she led the ​entire creative strategy process independently. She developed ​the concept idea (green screen trend), wrote the script, filmed ​and edited the concept. The ad ended up being the second top-​performer for BFCM. Kelly suggested she make it evergreen by ​swapping out the hook and CTA so Merit could continue running ​the ad after the holiday. Since then, the evergreen concept has ​performed equally well as the BFCM version (even without the ​20% off promo).

310 Nutrition 💪🧡| Launched September 2021 and still running ​in present day (7/2024)


At 310, Kelly led paid media creative strategy for all marketing ​initiatives. One of her most notable accomplishments was a ​script she wrote for multiple creator personas to follow. Her goal ​was to open up a completely new and untapped audience (Gen-​zers and Zillennials who want to prioritize their health but aren't ​interested in hearing "weight loss"). KPI call-outs include (but are ​not limited to):

  • The cheapest CPCs in the entire account. Along with being ​the top performer for new customer ROAS. With a 1.92% CTR, ​which is the highest in the account.
  • Between August 2022 & January 2023, one of the UGC ​creator's ads following Kelly's script received over five million ​dollars in ad spend with an incredibly profitable ROAS.
